Get your gutters cleared before the next storm costs you thousands
A full clean-out, downpipe flush and photo report — most homes done in under 90 minutes, with no mess left behind and a fixed price agreed before we start.
Same gutter, same visit — plants growing out of it, then clear
Next step: answer a few quick questions and we'll send back a fixed price for your gutters
Takes about 45 seconds. No obligation, and no one turns up unannounced.
Which of these sounds most like you right now?
What sort of property is it?
What's going on with the gutters?
How many properties need doing?
How do you usually go about picking a tradie?
Which suburb is the property in?
We cover South East Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.
Pop in a suburb so we can check we cover you.
Where should we send your fixed price?
One call to confirm the details, then a price in writing. We don't pass your details on.
We need all three so we can actually get the price to you.
When's the best time to reach you?
You're in. We've got your details.
We'll call you back in the window you picked, confirm the roof and access, and give you a fixed price in writing. Nothing to pay to find out.
Three steps, and you never touch a ladder
You don't need to be home, you don't need to move anything, and you'll see exactly what we did.
Tell us about the roof
Answer the questions above. We call back the same day, check the storeys, roof pitch and access, and give you a fixed price in writing.
We clear it out properly
Gutters cleared by hand, downpipes flushed and checked for flow, debris bagged and taken with us. Most homes are done in under 90 minutes.
You get the photo report
Before and after shots of every run, plus anything we spotted up there — rust, loose brackets, cracked tiles. Yours to keep whether you act on it or not.
This is what's been sitting up there
Weeds rooted along the gutter line
Grass and berries in the gutter
Packed solid with leaf litter
The questions you'd ask if we were standing in your driveway
If yours isn't here, call and ask. We'd rather answer it now than on the day.
How does it work from start to finish?
You answer the questions above, we call you back the same day to check the storeys, roof pitch and access, and we give you a fixed price. If you're happy, we book a day. We turn up, clear everything, send you the photo report, and you pay after it's done.
What exactly do you clean?
Every gutter run on the property, the downpipes, and the roof valleys where they feed into the gutters. We clear by hand, bag the debris and take it with us. Gutter guard gets lifted, cleared underneath and refitted.
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of our jobs happen while people are at work. We just need side access to the roofline and somewhere to stand the ladder. You'll get the photo report on your phone either way.
How long does it take?
Most single storey homes take 60 to 90 minutes. Double storey or a big roofline with a lot of trees over it can run to two or three hours. We'll tell you which yours is when we quote.
What do you do with all the debris?
It's bagged and leaves with us. We don't tip it in your green bin or leave it in a pile behind the shed.
Do you clean the downpipes too, or just the gutters?
Both. A cleared gutter that drains into a blocked downpipe still overflows, so we flush every downpipe and check the water actually runs through.
What if the blockage is underground, past the downpipe?
We'll find it when we flush and we'll tell you straight away with a photo. Underground stormwater drains are a different job with different gear — we'll say so rather than pretend we've fixed it.
Do you clean solar panels or gutter guard as well?
Gutter guard is included — we lift it, clear underneath and put it back properly. Solar panel cleaning is a separate service, so mention it on the call and we'll price it with the gutters.
Will you damage my roof walking on it?
We work off ladders wherever we can, and when we do need to get on the roof we know where the load-bearing points are on tile and on metal. We're insured for it, and if something breaks we fix it.
What if the house is double storey or hard to get to?
Still fine. That's what the questions about storeys and access are for — it changes the gear we bring and it's priced in before we arrive, not sprung on you on the day.
Do I get photos, or do I just have to take your word for it?
You get before and after shots of every gutter run, sent to your phone. It's the whole reason we do it — you can't see up there, so we show you.
What happens if it rains on the day?
If it's unsafe we'll call you and move it, usually to the next available day. We don't put people on wet roofs.
Do you work weekends?
Yes, and it's our busiest time, so weekend spots book out first in autumn and spring.
How often should gutters be done in Melbourne?
Once a year for most homes. Twice a year if you've got gums, wattles or a big deciduous tree hanging over the roof — usually after the autumn leaf drop and again before storm season.
Will this actually stop the water overflowing?
If the overflow is caused by debris, yes — that's the vast majority of them. If it's caused by gutters that have sagged, rusted through or were pitched wrong when they were installed, cleaning won't fix it, and we'll tell you that with a photo instead of taking your money twice.
How quickly can you get out here?
Usually within a few days. If water's actively coming into the house, say so on the call and we'll work out how to get to you sooner.
How much of my time does this take?
About 45 seconds on the form, a short phone call, and then nothing. You don't have to be there and there's nothing to prepare.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the storeys, the roof pitch, the length of the roofline and how bad it's got up there — which is why we ask rather than quote blind. You get one fixed price in writing before we start, and that's the number you pay. No hourly rate creeping up, no extras added on the day.
Can't I just do it myself?
You can, and plenty of people do. Ladder falls at home are one of the more common ways Australians end up in hospital, and most of them happen doing exactly this. If you're comfortable up there, go for it. If you'd rather not spend a Saturday on a ladder, that's what we're for.
Are you insured?
Yes — $20m public liability, and we'll send you the certificate of currency before the job if you want to see it. Ask. It's a fair question and anyone who gets cagey about it is telling you something.
What if I'm not happy with the job?
Call us and we come back. If we've left debris on your lawn or missed a run, we fix it, and you don't pay extra for that. We'd rather sort it than have you tell your neighbours.
Can you do rental properties and bill the agency?
Yes. A lot of our work is exactly this. We can deal with the property manager directly, invoice the agency, and send the photo report through as the maintenance record.
Are you going to try to upsell me gutter guard?
No. If we think guard would genuinely save you money on a leafy block we'll mention it once, in the report, and then leave it alone. We're not paid on it.
You've only been going since 2024 — why you?
Fair question, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. What I'd say is that the photo report exists precisely because we're newer: you don't have to take my word that the job was done properly, you can see every run for yourself. We're fully insured, and every roof we do is one we need to go right — we haven't got a twenty-year reputation to coast on yet.
I've been burnt by a tradie who didn't show up. Why would this be different?
Fair. Two things: you get a call back the same day you enquire, so you'll know within hours whether we're a fit, and you get a photo report proving the work happened. If we're running late on the day, you get a phone call rather than silence.
Straight off the phone, unedited
Screenshots of the actual reviews and messages — not retyped, not tidied up.
Straight up: these reviews sit on our landscaping profile. Galaxy is the dedicated gutter arm of the same crew — same people, same ladders, one job instead of ten. The names you’ll see are the lads who were on the tools that day. We’re building the Galaxy profile from scratch, so if we do your gutters, a review genuinely helps us.
Does this work for my place?
Three kinds of people book us. You'll be one of them.

Hi, I’m Moe. It’ll probably be me on your roof.
I’ve been clearing gutters across South East Melbourne since 2024. Almost none of the people I’ve worked for were neglectful about it. Gutters are just the one job on a house that stays invisible until it isn’t — by the time most people call me, water’s already coming over the edge.
I started Galaxy because I kept turning up behind blokes who’d blown the leaves off the roof, left half of them in the garden bed and called it a day. The customer had no way of knowing any different. That’s still the part I do differently: you get photos of every run, before and after, whether what I find up there is good news or not. If your gutters are fine, I’ll tell you they’re fine and charge you for the clean, not for a problem you don’t have.
The one thing I won’t do is talk you into gutter guard you don’t need. And on every job I flush the downpipes and stand there until I see the water actually running through — nobody asks for it and most people never notice, but I’m not leaving a roof half done.
